ACE Schedule of Services


To be incorporated as Part 5 of the Schedule to the ACE Agreement for Professional Services Agreement. Covers strategic definitions aligned to the RIBA Plan of Work 2013, stages 0-7, and includes BIM provisions. Provides deliverables, and requirements for additional services.


Replaces ACE Part G(d) Schedule of services to be undertaken by a lead consultant. Civil and structural engineering (ACE, 2009). The 2017 Agreements and Schedules of Services supersede the set issued in 2009, which in turn superseded the 2002 (2004 revisions) sets.
